• Vocal techniques

  1. I have over 10 years of training and experience in Western classical singing (opera) and vocal pedagogy.

  2. I have years of training and experience in musical theater singing, popular music singing, and extended vocal techniques. As such, I can draw on my strong foundation in bel canto technique while tailoring the aesthetic and technical focus to the interests of each student.

  3. I have taught singers with experience levels ranging from complete beginners, helping them to learn the basics of breathing technique and bodily awareness, and to overcome fear and self-consciousness around singing, to other professional singers, helping them to hone their craft and widen their stylistic versatility.
